Stanley Greene

Stanley Greene è un fotoreporter statunitense. Lavora per l’agenzia Noor. Ha fotografato il genocidio in Ruanda del 1994, l’uragano Katrina nel 2005 e realizzato reportage durante le guerre in Croazia, Kashmir, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Iraq, Libano e Somalia. Le sue foto del conflitto in Cecenia sono raccolte nel libro Open Wound: Chechnya 1994-2003 (Trolley 2004). Ha vinto cinque World Press Photo.

Stanley Greene is an american photojournalist. He has covered the war-torn countries Nagorno-Karabakh, Iraq, Somalia, Croatia, Kashmir, and Lebanon. He has taken pictures of the genocide in Rwanda in 1994[3] and the US Gulf Coast in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in 2005. He has won five World Press Photo awards for his work around the world and he won the W. Eugene Smith Award in 2004.
