Japan aims to address abduction issue firmly at North Korea summit, top govt spokesperson says

TOKYO, Sept 10 (Reuters) - Japan aims to firmly address the issue of Japanese citizens abducted by North Korean agents decades ago at a summit meeting planned to be organised with North Korea, Chief Cabinet Secretary Minoru Kihara said on Thursday.
