May 8 (Reuters) - The U.S. military struck two empty Iranian-flagged oil tankers on Friday that it said were seeking to violate the ongoing U.S. blockade, U.S. Central Command said in a post on X, adding that a third Iranian-flagged vessel had been disabled on Wednesday.

“All three vessels are no longer transiting to Iran,” Central Command said.

8 maggio (Reuters) - L’esercito statunitense ha colpito venerdì due petroliere vuote battenti bandiera iraniana che, a suo dire, cercavano di violare il blocco statunitense in corso, ha dichiarato il Comando Centrale degli Stati Uniti in un post su X. Central Command ha dichiarato in un post su X, aggiungendo che una terza nave battente bandiera iraniana era stata disabilitata mercoledì.

“Tutte e tre le navi non transitano più per l’Iran”, ha detto il Central Command.
