CAIRO, June 21 (Reuters) - Hezbollah chief Naim Qassem said on Sunday that Israel will not stay in Lebanon, adding that the group would respond to any violation from the Israeli side.

His statements came as Israeli officials say that troops are free to act without restriction to eliminate threats in Lebanon despite an agreed ceasefire that took effect on Friday.

IL CAIRO, 21 giugno (Reuters) - Il leader di Hezbollah Naim Qassem ha dichiarato domenica che Israele non rimarrà in Libano, aggiungendo che il gruppo risponderà a qualsiasi violazione da parte israeliana.

Le sue dichiarazioni sono giunte mentre funzionari israeliani affermano che le truppe sono libere di agire senza restrizioni per eliminare le minacce in Libano, nonostante il cessate il fuoco concordato entrato in vigore venerdì.
