WASHINGTON, July 2 (Reuters) - The U.S. Department of Justice on Thursday said it had told the International Criminal Court in a letter that the United States would not cooperate with any ICC investigations and that it rejected the view that the court had any jurisdiction over Americans.

WASHINGTON, 2 luglio (Reuters) - Giovedì il Dipartimento di Giustizia degli Stati Uniti ha dichiarato di aver comunicato alla Corte penale internazionale, tramite una lettera, che gli Stati Uniti non collaboreranno con alcuna indagine della CPI e che respingono l’idea che la Corte abbia giurisdizione sui cittadini statunitensi.
