WASHINGTON, Sept 28 (Reuters) - US President Donald Trump told reporters that United States officials talked with mediators trying to end Washington’s war with Iran on Monday, adding the US will win the Iran war “very soon.”

“We’re going to win, as far as I’m concerned, it’s going to be one way or the other,” Trump said in the Oval Office. “It’s going to go pretty quickly.”

Trump also said that gas prices will come tumbling down after the US wins the war.

WASHINGTON, 28 settembre (Reuters) - Il presidente degli Stati Uniti Donald Trump ha dichiarato ai giornalisti che lunedì i funzionari statunitensi hanno parlato con i mediatori che stanno cercando di porre fine alla guerra tra Washington e l’Iran, aggiungendo che gli Stati Uniti vinceranno la guerra contro l’Iran “molto presto”.

«Vinceremo, per quanto mi riguarda, in un modo o nell’altro», ha detto Trump nello Studio Ovale. «Andrà tutto piuttosto in fretta».

Trump ha anche affermato che i prezzi della benzina crolleranno dopo che gli Stati Uniti avranno vinto la guerra.
