NEW DELHI, July 25 (Reuters) - India’s youth protesters have agreed to end their demonstration, a spokesperson of the ‘cockroach’ movement told reporters after talks with the government on Saturday.

The announcement came hours after the education minister resigned following the weeks-long protests demanding he quit over exam leaks.

NEW DELHI, 25 luglio (Reuters) - I giovani manifestanti indiani hanno accettato di porre fine alla loro protesta, ha dichiarato ai giornalisti un portavoce del movimento “scarafaggio” al termine dei colloqui con il governo tenutisi sabato.

L’annuncio è arrivato poche ore dopo le dimissioni del ministro dell’Istruzione, a seguito delle proteste durate settimane che ne chiedevano le dimissioni a causa della fuga di notizie sugli esami.
