BANGKOK, Feb 13 (Reuters) - Thailand’s Pheu Thai Party, which came third in Sunday’s general election, will join poll winner Bhumjaithai Party to form a coalition government, Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul said on Friday.
