BRUSSELS, Feb 23 (Reuters) - EU countries will likely not reach an agreement on the proposed new package of sanctions against Russia on Monday, EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said.

Continued resistance from Hungary has made it clear that consensus on the proposed measures will not be reached at a meeting of EU ministers of foreign affairs on Monday, Kallas told reporters before the meeting.

BRUXELLES, 23 febbraio (Reuters) - I paesi dell’Unione europea probabilmente non raggiungeranno un accordo sul nuovo pacchetto di sanzioni contro la Russia proposto lunedì, ha detto il capo della politica estera dell’UE Kaja Kallas.

La continua resistenza dell’Ungheria ha reso chiaro che il consenso sulle misure proposte non sarà raggiunto alla riunione dei ministri degli esteri dell’Unione europea di lunedì, ha detto Kallas ai giornalisti prima dell’incontro.
