March 6 (Reuters) - Hong Kong conglomerate CK Hutchison on Friday said it has escalated its legal fight with Panama after the government seized its port operations, filing new treaty‑based claims and challenging the decree behind the takeover.

The company said Panama unlawfully occupied facilities, seized property and ignored consultations, prompting further national and international legal action.

Il 6 marzo (Reuters) - il conglomerato di Hong Kong CK Hutchison ha dichiarato venerdì di aver inasprito la sua battaglia legale con Panama dopo che il governo ha sequestrato le sue attività portuali, presentando nuove richieste di risarcimento basate su trattati e contestando il decreto alla base dell’acquisizione.

La società ha dichiarato che Panama ha occupato illegalmente le strutture, sequestrato le proprietà e ignorato le consultazioni, spingendo a intraprendere ulteriori azioni legali a livello nazionale e internazionale.
