La scorsa notte al Dolby Theatre di Los Angeles sono stati assegnati i premi Oscar 2015. Birdman di Alejandro González Iñárritu ha vinto quattro premi: Miglior film, Miglior regia, Migliore sceneggiatura originale e Migliore fotografia.

The Grand Budapest hotel di Wes Anderson ha vinto quattro statuette: Migliore colonna sonora originale, Migliori costumi (realizzati dall’italiana Milena Canonero), Migliore scenografia e Miglior trucco e acconciature.
