March 4 (Reuters) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said he discussed the Middle East conflict on Wednesday with the king of Bahrain and the crown prince of Kuwait.

Zelenskiy also said that his administration was in daily contact with the U.S. and once the security situation around Iran permitted it, trilateral talks with Moscow and Washington on a settlement of the war with Moscow would resume.

In his nightly video address, Zelenskiy added:

* Talks about Iran included leaders of Jordan, Qatar andthe United Arab Emirates. * Ukraine’s partners, including the U.S., had soughtKyiv’s help in defending against Iranian drones, like those used by Russia in the four-year-old war withUkraine. * “Partners are turning to us, to Ukraine, asking for helpin defending against shaheds. There have also been requests fromthe American side,” he said.

4 marzo (Reuters) - Il presidente ucraino Volodymyr Zelenskiy ha detto di aver discusso mercoledì del conflitto mediorientale con il re del Bahrein e il principe ereditario del Kuwait.

Zelenskiy ha anche detto che la sua amministrazione è in contatto quotidiano con gli Stati Uniti e che, una volta che la situazione della sicurezza intorno all’Iran lo consentirà, riprenderà i colloqui trilaterali con Mosca e Washington per risolvere la guerra con Mosca.

Nel suo discorso video notturno ha aggiunto che la sua amministrazione è in contatto con gli Stati Uniti.Zelenskiy ha anche detto che la sua amministrazione è in contatto quotidiano con gli Stati Uniti e che, una volta che la situazione della sicurezza intorno all’Iran lo consentirà, riprenderanno i colloqui trilaterali con Mosca e Washington su una soluzione della guerra con Mosca.

Nel suo discorso video notturno, Zelenskiy ha aggiunto:

* I colloqui sull’Iran hanno incluso i leader di Giordania, Qatar ed Emirati Arabi Uniti. * I partner dell’Ucraina, compresi gli Stati Uniti, hanno chiesto l’aiuto di Kiev per difendersi dai droni iraniani, come quelli usati dalla Russia nella guerra di quattro anni con l’Ucraina. * I partner si stanno rivolgendo a noi, all’Ucraina, chiedendo aiuto per difendersi dai droni iraniani. Ci sono state richieste anche da parte americana”, ha detto.
