BRUSSELS, March 9 (Reuters) - The EU will sign defence partnerships with Australia, Iceland and Ghana in the coming days, EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said on Monday.

“There are many other interested countries knocking at our door,” Kallas added in a speech in Brussels.

“A growing number of countries around the globe are seeking to diversify their partnerships to manage the heightened risk.”

BRUXELLES, 9 marzo (Reuters) - L’Unione europea firmerà nei prossimi giorni partenariati di difesa con Australia, Islanda e Ghana, ha detto lunedì il capo della politica estera dell’UE Kaja Kallas.

“Ci sono molti altri paesi interessati che bussano alla nostra porta”, ha aggiunto Kallas in un discorso a Bruxelles.

“Un numero crescente di paesi in tutto il mondo sta cercando di diversificare i propri partenariati per gestire l’aumento del rischio”.
