BEIRUT, March 12 (Reuters) - The Israeli military issued new evacuation orders for southern Lebanon on Thursday which nearly doubled the zone it said residents should leave, saying they should move north beyond the Zahrani river.

The new zones, marked in red in a map published on X by a military spokesperson, mean that the Israeli military has now ordered people out of 10% of Lebanese territory.

BEIRUT, 12 marzo (Reuters) - L’esercito israeliano ha emesso giovedì nuovi ordini di evacuazione per il Libano meridionale che hanno quasi raddoppiato la zona che i residenti dovrebbero lasciare, dicendo che dovrebbero spostarsi a nord oltre il fiume Zahrani.

Le nuove zone, segnate in rosso in una mappa pubblicata su X da un portavoce militare, significano che l’esercito israeliano ha ora ordinato alla popolazione di uscire dal 10% del territorio libanese.
